Handover between incoming Minister Prof. BAYISENGE Jeannette and outgoing Minister Amb.Soline NYIRAHABIMANA
Kigali-28 February 2020-The handover ceremony took place this Friday 28 February 2020 at the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion premises.
The handover was witnessed by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion Mrs. Assumpta INGABIRE, Heads and Staff of the Ministry's affiliated institutions (National Early Childhood Development Program, National Women's Council and National Commission for Children in addition to the Gender Monitoring Office that is under the Prime Minister's Office).
The Incoming Minister Prof. BAYISENGE Jeannette expressed her heartfelt thanks to the President of the Republic HE Paul KAGAME for the trusted bestowed on her for serving the country in the Capacity of Minister of Gender and Family Promotion.
The Outgoing Minister Amb. Soline NYIRAHABIMANA thanked the Management and Staff of the National Gender Machinery Institutions for the efforts commitment they have shown that lead to delivering as one.
Amb.Soline NYIRAHABIMANA has been appointed as State Minister in Charge of Constitution and Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Justice.
